Creating a reality for the future
Reframe is creating a vertically integrated industrial platform:
1. Steel production from scrap metal (EAF)
2. Galvanizing of structural steel
3. Production of LGSF structures
4. Industrial urban clusters
Process and technology
We collect scrap steel
More than 200 thousand tons of steel scrap accumulate in Ukraine annually.
Scrap metal is delivered to recycling sites.
The real number of scrap that require environmentally friendly handling and recycling is much higher, given:
• unofficial write-offs;
• damaged vehicles from military operations;
• other decommissioned steel structures

Dismantling and sorting
The metal is sorted by type (black, alloyed, galvanized) and thickness. This classification allows for stable mechanical properties of the steel, necessary for the manufacture of thin-walled lightweight structures.
Cleaning and preparation for remelting
At this stage, the metal undergoes thermal or chemical cleaning to remove paint residues, oils, and corrosion layers.
The purity of raw materials directly affects the quality of the steel from which LGSF profiles are made.
After purification, the metal is formed into a batch with a predicted chemical composition. This allows control of the carbon and alloying element content during remelting.

Smelting and steel production
The prepared scrap metal is melted in electric arc or induction furnaces. During the melting process, the chemical composition of the steel is adjusted to meet the requirements for strength, ductility, and weldability of LGSF .
Molten steel is poured into billets or slabs, which after cooling become the basis for further rolling. It is at this stage that high-quality raw materials for thin-walled structures are formed.

Rolling and profiling of LGSF
The blanks undergo cold rolling, resulting in thin sheet metal. The sheets are then profiled on special lines, where they are given the precise geometry characteristic of LGSF profiles.
The finished profiles are characterized by low weight, high strength and dimensional stability. They are used in frame construction, industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring efficient reuse of auto scrap metal.
Forming LGSF frames
A steel base made of alloy steel is used to create stable profile systems. It provides the precise geometry characteristic of LGSF profiles.

Module design
LEAN concepts: modular housing, prefab structures, adaptive homes.
Where is Reframe technology?
used?
Practical implementation is proven by experience in Europe and the USA.
This is not a "demo solution", but real housing for real needs, which is not tied to one scenario.

Temporary housing
